It’s not companies that succeed it’s the personnel.. but not just your employees.. Your team should also consist of suppliers and customers, service groups and colleagues, family, associations and clubs.. WHO’S ON YOUR TEAM??

Does Everybody Get a Trophy? Does Everybody Win?
What happened to the Champion being #1
Taking home the whole enchilada (so to speak)

In sports, there are a lot more trophies, plaques, medals and ribbons and of course promotional products than there used to be.

In the past there was:
A trophy for the winner…
A plaque for the top achiever…
A reward for the best salesman…

Now there is more emphasis on recognizing the whole team.

In schools & junior sports, participants receive a medal, ribbon or some form of recognition for the part they play in just being there. For effort, for the team. These aren’t actually awards. They are promotional products, designed to encourage the recipients to come back next time. Create loyalty.

Does it cost a lot of money?? Not compared to the return.
Participation medals or gifts, help to keep those players coming back to that particular sport and it’s good because each sport is vying for players. An athletic boy or girl can play all sports well and each sport wants that player.

Same in industry.

That’s where Industry and the Corporate world are like the sports world. It’s important to keep the good people in your company and in your industry.

It’s not companies that succeed it’s the personnel.. but not just your employees.. Your team should also consist of suppliers and customers, service groups and colleagues, family, associations and clubs.. WHO’S ON YOUR TEAM??

Take a good look at your company or your sports team or your people and decide if you want to keep them. Wouldn’t it be nice if they were all on the same bandwagon you’re on.

Hertz did pretty well as second as a matter of fact there are a lot of blue chip fortune 100 companies that are not #1 but I’m sure they are #1 with their customers. I’ll also bet they are continuing to attract new customers, employees & suppliers.

Winning FairWays provides quality imprintable promotional products, from qualified manufacturers and suppliers with excellent delivery records.

Winning FairWays is ready to serve customers with quick, quality work. With personal visit and catalogs we continue to be competitive.

Why should you consider Winning FairWays?
There are many promotional products companies all competing vigorously, many offering the same products with excellent prices and service.

What does Winning FairWays offer that the others don’t?
The short answer is nothing. There are many similar companies that are just as good as Winning FairWays, by any objective measure. But bear in mind the following.. You didn’t search the world over to find your best friends. Your best friendships are fundamentally happy accidents.. chance combinations of compatibility, shared experience and time.

Likewise, it is meaningless to search out the “very best” possible promotional products supplier. A more appropriate approach is to verify that the company meets your technical & financial requirements, and then use your intuition about who you will be comfortable with.

Many business relationships are long distance affairs, by phone, fax and email, sometimes doing business for years without the people actually meeting face to face yet forming strong relationships.

At Winning FairWays a primary goal is to do business with people we like and respect.. Our plan—‘give the customer more than they expect’.

Rod Winning
President

In this economic time, my suggestion to everyone is to Look at Every Opportunity. You will find something.

It seems that opportunities continue to abound but you have to be ready to check them out. Too many people just let them go by without a consideration for the possibility that they may be tailor made for them or for someone they know.
I have always had a ‘turn over every rock’ attitude. I have joined a lot of things and made some money but generally just got hooked on some great product with little chance to actually make money. Even at that, most of the rocks I looked under produced nothing that I was interested in but you never know, right?

Don’t be at the Airport when your ship comes in. If your ship doesn’t come in, swim out to it.
We’ve all heard these words of wisdom, more than likely as part of a joke or pun but there is so much truth in all the little sayings. You just don’t know when that great opportunity will present itself. Be watchful. Be prepared. How you do that is to have some idea of your own what you’d like to do. If you don’t have a Goal list written, at least have something that you think about constantly. That idea or goal will be ever changing so be ready to change with it.

In this economic time, my suggestion to everyone is to Look at Every Opportunity. Turn over every Rock. You will find something. Get ready to recognize that something and get ready to be recognized as an entrepreneur.
